Some special visitors made a stop at Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) on Friday, spreading good cheer to all - and leaving small gifts for the arriving passengers! Santa knows that passengers arriving at DAB are oh so nice, and the jolly ol’ elf has made DAB a regular stop for many years.
American Airlines revving up for Daytona 500; adding nonstop flights from Dallas-Fort Worth and Washington, D.C.

Race fans in Dallas and D.C. will have a fast and convenient way to experience the Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway with special event nonstop flights on American Airlines from Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (DFW) and Washington, D.C.(DCA). The airline will also bring in larger aircraft for flights from its hub in Charlotte, NC (CLT).

Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) will soon have another nonstop destination added to the schedule this spring. American Airlines will begin twice-weekly nonstop flights from Washington, D.C.(DCA) to DAB starting Feb. 17, 2024, and available through May 5, 2024.
Daytona Beach International Airport Joins Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program

Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) is striving to make air travel a little easier for people with hidden disabilities. Travelers with brain injuries, hearing loss, memory loss, asthma, diabetes, or any number of other hidden disabilities that may not be outwardly noticeable to airport staff, can now receive extra assistance through the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program.
