Race fans in Dallas and D.C. will have a fast and convenient way to experience the Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway with special event nonstop flights on American Airlines from Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (DFW) and Washington, D.C.(DCA). The airline will also bring in larger aircraft for flights from its hub in Charlotte, NC (CLT).

American Airlines resumes seasonal, direct flights to Washington, D.C.

Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) will soon have another nonstop destination added to the schedule this spring. American Airlines will begin twice-weekly nonstop flights from Washington, D.C.(DCA) to DAB starting Feb. 17, 2024, and available through May 5, 2024.

Travelers with brain injuries, hearing loss, memory loss, asthma, diabetes, or any number of other hidden disabilities that may not be outwardly noticeable to airport staff, can now receive extra assistance through the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program.
