DBIA hosts health and safety expo

Residents and airline passengers can get useful information during a free Health and Safety Expo from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, May 22, at the Daytona Beach International Airport, 700 Catalina Drive.

The expo, which will be on the first level near the ticket counters, will feature local experts from Port Orange Chiropractic, Volusia County’s Beach Safety and Emergency Management divisions, the American Red Cross, Florida Department of Health in Volusia County, the AAA Auto Club and many others.

OneBlood’s Big Red Bus will accept blood donations on the west side of the terminal. The International Academy will offer free massages, and other vendors will offer promotional items.

Attendees may park in the short-term lot and will be given a free parking pass inside.

The expo is sponsored by Delta Air Lines and the Daytona Beach International Airport. For more information call Pat O’Brien at 386-248-8030, ext. 18318.
