Faber Coe & Gregg, an established retail and food and beverage concession provider based in Secaucus, New Jersey, has completed renovations and expansions of three new restaurants inside the terminal at Daytona Beach International Airport.
The Java Moon Café is located on the second floor in the pre-security, public waiting area and serves homemade bakery goods, made-to-order fresh salads, soups and sandwiches. The Sugar Mill Café is in the concourse and offers passengers made-to-order sandwiches, personal pizzas, homemade soups and other favorites including Krispy Kreme donuts and cheesecake from Heavenly Cheesecakes. The Junction Daytona is a full-service bar in the concourse with a secondary location in the pre-security waiting area. Full-service catering is provided by Vince Carter's Restaurant in Daytona Beach in the Airport's Volusia Room banquet facility.
The company, which has a lease with the Volusia County Government-operated airport, has invested approximately $800,000 in the improvements.
The Volusia County Council will cut the ribbon to open the restaurants at 12:30 p.m. March 19. The public is invited to sample dishes and tour the airport. The airport is at 700 Catalina Drive, Daytona Beach, across from the mall on International Speedway Boulevard.
