Delta Connection carrier Comair to offer seasonal nonstop flights to New York's LaGuardia Airport beginning December 21

Delta Air Lines has announced a timely gift for those in a ‘New York state of mind’ this holiday season. Delta Connection Carrier Comair, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, will offer a daily nonstop flight between Daytona Beach International Airport and New York’s LaGuardia International Airport between December 21 and January 2.

Comair will use its 70-passenger Canadair CRJ-700 aircraft to provide the service. The seasonal flight will depart LaGuardia at 10:45 a.m. and arrive in Daytona Beach at 1:39 p.m. The return flight will depart Daytona Beach at 2:25 p.m. arriving at LaGuardia Airport at 4:54 p.m. LaGuardia International Airport is the closest downtown New York City airport and is eight miles from midtown Manhattan.

Daytona Beach International Airport is providing Delta free parking coupons for LaGuardia-bound passengers who use the new seasonal flight and park in the airport parking lots.

In addition to seasonal LaGuardia service, Delta Air Lines offers six daily round flights to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where there are connections to more than 200 cities every day.
